Wiqen Technology ("Wiqen", "we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy, security, and confidentiality of all users, client organizations, and data principals who interact with our custom software, enterprise ERP platforms, banking suites, and verification API ecosystem. This Privacy Policy details our governance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and international data security standards.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the services utilized, we collect and process the following categories of information:

• Client Account Information: Name, business email, authorized phone number, organization name, and billing details provided during consultation or onboarding.
• Identity & Verification Data: Government identifiers (such as masked Aadhaar numbers, PAN, Passport, Driving License, and GSTIN) submitted strictly for authorized verification via verified API gateways.
• Institutional & ERP Operational Data: Student academic records, fee transactions, employee payroll data, or patient diagnostic metadata processed on behalf of enterprise licensees.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser types, API endpoint latency logs, and encrypted session cookies to ensure cyber defense and uptime SLA.

3. How We Process & Safeguard Data

Data submitted through our APIs or platforms is processed in transit using TLS 1.3 encryption and stored at rest using AES-256 encryption within sovereign, ISO 27001-certified Indian data centers. We never sell, rent, or monetize client or consumer data. All identity verification queries (such as Aadhaar OKYC or PAN validation) operate on a stateless or encrypted-token basis in compliance with UIDAI, NPCI, and RBI mandates.

4. Data Retention & Erasure

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational, legal, and regulatory requirements of the engagement. Upon client contract termination or upon verified request by a Data Principal, data is securely purged in accordance with our automated cryptographic erasure protocols.

5. Data Principal Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, data principals have the right to:

• Access summaries of personal data processed by Wiqen Technology.
• Request correction, completion, or updating of inaccurate personal data.
• Request erasure of personal data that is no longer required for authorized purposes.
• Nominate representatives or register grievances with our Data Protection Officer.
